Acquisition Criteria
We are seeking likeminded partners with $5 - 25 million in revenues and/or 50+ headcount that provide one or more of the following services to surface transportation, renewable energy, transmission & distribution end markets:
- Consulting engineering (i.e. site assessment, design review, owner’s engineering, asset management, forensic engineering, Project/Program Management, CEI)
- Field Inspection/Testing
- Civil infrastructure (i.e. geospatial, geotechnical testing, subsurface imaging, bridge inspection, structural health monitoring)
- Electrical infrastructure (i.e. construction QA/QC services, functional safety testing, EOW inspection, EMI/RFI testing, aerial inspection for T&D)

Mustafa Temiz, known as a people-oriented growth leader, is an executive with over 25 years of experience leading businesses in multinational Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TICC) organizations, including Moody International, Intertek, Dekra, and most recently, SGS, where he served as Vice President—Industrial Services NAM. Mustafa has built his leadership skills starting from the field and has held various roles at the local, regional, and global levels across diverse geographies and business cultures throughout his career, consistently achieving results that deliver long-term value.
